About founder Matt Dee.

From working at globally renowned digital agencies to small businesses and everything in between, Matt Dee’s seen it all. Matt’s agency career started with client account management and campaign logistics. For years, he oversaw the execution of multi-million-dollar campaigns and ensured excellent client ROIs. He then took a step away from agency life to earn his Master’s in Business Administration while studying digital media and data analysis.

He then resumed agency work at McCann, a worldwide agency serving some of the biggest-name clients out there. He worked as a Lead Digital Analyst and Manager of Performance Analytics, where he led a team of skilled analysts and guided complex Fortune 100-level clients’ digital efforts. He took them from basic reporting to predictive campaign management, dashboarding, automation, tag management, data-driven intelligence and A/B testing.

Matt’s professional passion is creating compelling and actionable marketing strategies through a lens of data analysis, a/b testing insights and years of experience working with complex marketing and sales cycles. Matt’s unique background has given him a specialized skill set: the ability to analyze digital marketing performance and translate it into logical digital strategy.

As a logic-driven thinker, Matt could never accept the ambiguous standards of defining success with print, TV, and radio advertising. He ultimately left agency life to immerse himself in the game-changing potential of excellent digital analytics delivered to businesses of every size.
